Main Server/Teamspeak Reason of Ban: Constant Trolling/Sexual References Rule violated: Section 2 - Griefing, Trolling and Harassment Clause 2 - Trolling Trolling is not allowed on the server, especially any trolling that is directed towards another user. This includes, but is not limited to: Flame baiting Harassment (See Section 2 Clause 3.) Cyber-bullying Attempts to start any form of chaos and discord within the server. Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too. Section 4 - Chat, Channels and Discussions Clause 2 - Vulgarity Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks (see Section 2, Clause 2.1), or any other way of communicating. Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (eg. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user. Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance. Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given a ban, Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Trolling is usually when a player is annoying, hurting, griefing, etc. intending to cause problems or ruin another player's game play. Harassment is when a player is disrespecting or trolling a player intending to hurt them or ruin there game play. Vulgarity is when a player is cursing, using sexual references or any kind of inappropriate language no suitable for younger members of the community. Why you think you should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned as I am truly sorry for what I did, I really do mean it. I have no idea what's gotten into me, and why I can't stop making sexual innuendos. I know you may not want to me come back but I am very sorry and know what I've done and know it's wrong. Apologizing doesn't undo or change what I've done but I can change the future and make it better for me and the community. I am very sorry that I've been this way and I do want to come back and change my act. I want to change my behavior for the better and be the image of a good person not a bad immature person. I hope that you believe me and I know I've been given to many chances but I assure you that this won't happen again. I hope to be able to rejoin this wonderful community once again soon. How on earth do you take out a 60k loan and then get banned the next day! I'm extremely disappointed right now. I can't believe it.

@Epic_Dovakiin This is your 4th appeal for the same exact behavior. 4th.... Evidently you have not learned from your mistakes yet, nor am I convinced you will at the moment. Your appeal is not up to the standard I want to see for this scale of offenses concerning your particular habits. I'm going to go over your last appeal with you, because you have once again shown that you didn't really honor your reasons. Last Appeal: This Appeal: After this sort of response in your last appeal I expected much better behavior from you. However, I also notice this is a trend with your appeals, you say you're 'very sorry' and come up with some tug-at-the-heart story to try to win us on your side. I tried to be a little sympathetic with you last time, to see if you might actually change, but you have not. I am extremely disappointed in you. I don't know if you actually enjoy the reactions you get out of your antics, but obviously you do, even if its negative, or you would not have continued your behavior. Last Appeal: This Appeal: I gave you a chance, and tbh, you held true for a little while, but you began to slip, here and there, and then finally just blatant trolling and sexual references like Monday. You tried to slip around us by waiting some time before starting again after I delivered your "last warning' kick, but I wasn't having that. You know your behavior is unacceptable for a so-called "cleaning up your act" which is why you tried to work around us by laying low for awhile. Not acceptable. I get the feeling you think you can work around the appeal system, we gave you chances to clean up your act and prove to us you can be an asset to the community but you keep blowing it, and now you will have to work much harder to prove to us that you deserve to return, respect the rules and not make chat an uncomfortable place to be. I want you to take some time off and don't appeal for a week. I don't think I need to express anymore about what you did and why its wrong, you know why, and your consistent behavior tells me you don't really care about the rules or respecting them, your appeal likewise does not convince me that you will not come back and do it again. Take this time to think about yourself as a person and if you really love this community what are you going to do when IF you return. Cause frankly, everyone is tired of the trolling, and I am tired of giving you chances to redeem yourself when you don't respect it. People can change, if they want to. Denied
