[Main Server/Teamspeak]: Reason of Ban: Spamming and inappropriate remarks in Global Rule violated: Clause 1.1 - CAPS and Spam Bypassing our CAPS filter and/or typing in all caps is not allowed. Spam is not allowed. Repetitive words, letters, symbols that aren’t used in their correct context, or many messages sent quickly are considered spam. Clause 2 - Vulgarity Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks (see Section 2, Clause 2.1), or any other way of communicating. Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (eg. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user. Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance. Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given a ban, Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Spamming is when you send multiple messages in a short period of time or lots of random characters in 1 message can also be spam. Vulgarity is when you say inappropriate words in chat such as curse words, sexual references, racist and/or homophobic slurs, etc. Vulgarity is very serious because of it's not appropriate for the younger members of the community and isn't very nice to say no matter who's around. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned as I am very absolutely sorry for my vulgar language and spamming. But with the vulgar language it was very minor and I stopped after being warned, and the spamming was the part that got me banned but it was 1 time and I was given a warning through a kick by a mod. I preceded to re join the server after the kick going I was going to stop the spamming but was banned right I was given a warning. I believe I wasn't given a fair chance as I was given a warning by 1 mod then another banned me right after. I am sorry for what I did but I do believe I was unfairly banned. I promise not to do it again and this will not be like my previous appeals where I say I'll stop but start again a couple weeks after being banned, I will make sure that this never happens again and you will never see me posting a new thread in this section again, unless of course it's a complaint but you know what I mean that there will never be a ban appeal made by me again. Just wanted to add, but not only did you spam and curse in chat, you have been harassing numerous users in teamspeak as of late and its not appropriate to the younger audience in the community. Many of us would appreciate it if you'd stop using sexual inuendos in ts and we would welcome you back again if you can correct your actions.
@dgam02, please don't post comments without any evidence. If users are being harassed in teamspeak, please file proper evidence. Thanks for filing an appeal. However two things were happening when you were spamming and saying inappropriate things. Chat was moving very fast and many chat rules were being broken by multiple players. You were just one of those people. After some warnings, most people stopped. But you continued. Even with extra warnings you continued. So when you say you weren't given enough warnings or that you were unjustly banned, I don't feel like you understand what you were doing wrong. It seems like you were trying to take advantage of the warning system we have in place and wanted to join in on the rule breaking. Please file an appeal when you've thought about your recent actions in more detail. Locked
