[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox -: main Rule violated: "scamming" and mult-account hacking Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) are: don't scam people and don't have more then one account and don't use a account to by-pass bans, also don't try to hack to gain more money and get a upper hand Reason you think you should be unbanned: it wont be scamming if im unbanned and pay them back I know that this was obviously extremely wrong of me to do, and not acceptable under any circumstances. I'm not going to make any excuses because there was no reason for me to do what I did. However, I have been on this server for a long a time and it is no doubt one of my favorite servers. I regret using the X-ray client, so called "scamming" and mult account and I should have known better. I am very sorry for ever using it and I know "sorry" doesn't help much, although I hope it's enough. if you unban me it wont be scamming back the players will be getting their money back. I feel that I should be unbanned because I am extremely sorry for hacking. this is my favorite server, and it was not right to hack. I should have known better, being a mayor and it is my 3rd year on ecc and reading the rules at least 2 times. I have removed it all. you will never see a ban appeal from me and the reason of hacking ever again. I feel as I should be unbanned I have tried to fix my hacking problem and it was working for a few weeks then I started to lose money and wanted a way to make money back so I went and installed x-ray to get a upper hand and im sorry for this and I wish to get unbanned because I have fix the problem and have deleted x-ray from my minecraft. I know that hacking is not the right way to go to make money I will now on make money by farming at a farm I have perms to and will make a very big effort to fix the hacking problem. im very sorry to all and wish to get back on the server p.s I will read the rules more often from now on. need to pay back 246k or $41 usd at 6k per usd or 41 hours of pumpkin farming or 24.6 house of mining making 10k per hour
@rumball123 Just to start you off on the right foot, you need to appeal for your full ban reasons. Since your appeal is brand-new you can go ahead and edit it to reflect the reasons.

Seeing as I was the member of staff who previously handled your appeal, I feel like I can add some very useful information. You were unbanned for X-Ray with a 1 month tempban, I then caught you bypassing that tempban with 28 days 10 hours remaining. I then banned 2 of your alts for Xraying too (Rumballa & mani75). As they were you using alt accounts, in addition to the 28 days remaining on the tempban, you have 2 further counts of Use of X-Ray to your name to appeal. I made a note of all of this at the time of your last appeal, which will be helpful for staff. Including those alts, you have now been banned for X-Ray 4 times and auto clicking to make money 2 times. @ClarinetPhoenix/Any other GA who handles this - Send me a message if I can help with this in any way.
