[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Advertising Rule violated: Section 4 - Chat, Channels and Discussions Clause 1.2 - Advertising Advertising is strictly prohibited in our chat system for any kind of external product, Minecraft server, or anything else non-EcoCityCraft related. External products may be mentioned, so long as they are not being advertised. Other Minecraft servers may not be mentioned under any circumstance. Any advertisement that is allowed on the server in any form (including, but not limited to, in-game related items/trades, store advertisements, or personal livestreams that are completely and only EcoCityCraft related) must go into our Trade Channel, and must always abide by our trade channel rules for length and repetition. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Advertising- the activity or profession of producing advertisements for commercial products or services. And advertising is against the rules. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel I should be unbanned because I thought it wasn't against the rules to talk to a friend and tell them about a server in local or PM. I thought it was only against the rules to advertise in main chat. I know most likely I wont get unbanned because advertising is a serious rules that shouldn't be broken or there well be consequences.
Hey ghost_runner, glad to see you've appealed. I will be unbanning you from this appeal, just make sure to know that ANY form of advertising regarding other servers or outside products is against the rules here at ECC. I'm going to give just a short two hour temp ban to re-read the rules to make sure this doesn't happen again, and then feel free to get back on and enjoy the server User tempbanned two hours
