Main Reason of Ban: Failing to repay loan on time Rule Violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: You have to uphold your end of an agreement and make sure you can pay back your loans on time when you make them. Not paying back a loan on time is classified as scamming. If everybody didn't pay back their loans then the server wouldn't work. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Well I have had a long break from ECC, which is why i wasn't able to pay back my loan in the first place, i was offline for 14+ days at the time i was banned. I wasn't attempting to spite this user and it wasn't my intention to scam them when i originally took out the loan. I feel like i should be able to come back on now that i have regained my interest and will have lots of time to play. I know what i did was wrong but i will be able to pay back @xX3PICREBELXx his money within any timeframe he sets. I assume he wants his money and i want to be able to play, so unbanning me would benefit both parties. I understand what i did was wrong and i paid the consequence but i feel like i should be allowed to repay my debt and make it up to the user.

@nickla3107 From what I can tell the amount owed to @xX3PICREBELXx is 150k. How long do you believe you'll need to make this money?
Alright so, @nickla3107 I really shouldn't have to highlight here why scamming is so serious, I think Oreo did a decent job doing so in your previous appeal for a similar offense. Nevertheless, it appears that you're appealing a scamming ban again, and your appeals begin almost identically: Previous appeal: Current appeal: I will unban you in 10 days, and then give you an additional 7 to pay off your debt. You will be unbanned July 29th. You must have paid @xX3PICREBELXx the 150k no later than August 6th. Do not let another debt go unpaid because you're "taking a long break".
