[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox -: main Rule violated: "scamming" and mult-account Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) are: don't scam people and don't have more then one account and don't use a account to by-pass bans Reason you think you should be unbanned: it wont be scamming if im unbanned and pay them back I know that this was obviously extremely wrong of me to do, and not acceptable under any circumstances. I'm not going to make any excuses because there was no reason for me to do what I did. However, I have been on this server for a long a time and it is no doubt one of my favorite servers. I regret using the X-ray client, so called "scamming" and mult account and I should have known better. I am very sorry for ever using it and I know "sorry" doesn't help much, although I hope it's enough. need to pay back 246k or $41 usd at 6k per usd or 41 hours of pumpkin farming or 24.6 house of mining making 10k per hour
This is really not something you should be putting in your ban appeal. So you've now been banned for: X-Ray in 2012 (26th April 2015) Auto-clicking at a spawner (1st May 2015) Auto-clicking at a spawner (17th May 2015) Creation of a Player-Trap in Non-PvP (18th June 2015) X-Ray (2nd July 2015) Scamming Then you bypassed on: Rumballa RxbotsSharedAcc AbandonedNeko Mani75 who was also banned for X-raying! Bearing in mind you were given a month tempban for your multiple X-Raying/Auto-ing offences, I find it actually unbelievable that you then continued to X-Ray on another account. I literally don't believe anything you say. Having also already given you a 1 month tempban, which you then bypassed 4 times and X-rayed again afterwards, it's clear that a long tempban won't have any impact. Take some time away from ECC and come back when you've decided to actually follow our rules. Denied
