Reason of Ban: Griefing Rule violated: Clause 1 - Griefing Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town. When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback. Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means no breaking into other peoples homes, no breaking/ destroying another's property, no adding blocks in another's property, and no doing unwanted things in another person's area or a person's items. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel that I should be unbanned because I realize what I did was wrong. What happened was I was moving out of the town of Jiggleville and put a sign in my front yard asking for a portion of my money since I wanted to sell the house. There was no reply so I put a few signs in the owner's home saying that I want at least 2k back. There was no response so I gave up and tried to forget about losing the 3 or 4k I paid. If the owner asked me to remove the signs that I placed, I would of. This was my favorite server and I would love to play on it again. I think about it everyday and this is I believe my sixth attempt to get on it with a ban appeal. Please allow me back on, I will never do this again.
Befire I lock this for incorrect format, I'm going to give you 24 hours to correct the appeal. This means editing out the parts that say: "Felon Username", "Complaint", "Evidence" and "Additional Info". I am glad to see that you have finally managed to appeal correctly and that you wish to return to ECC. As you now know, we do not tolerate grief on ECC what so ever, be it 1 block or 1000 blocks. Your appeal shows that you are truely sorry for what you did and you are wanting to return to ECC. I shall be reducing your ban to a 2 hour temp ban, and in that time I would like you to reread the server rules, so they are fresh in your mind, for when you return.
