Have you changed your Minecraft username since being banned? If so, what is your previous name?: eMar_The_Pro

Which of ECC's services are you banned on? [Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server

    Reason of Ban: Major Grief

Rule violated: Clause 1 - Griefing
Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you.
Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request
If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town.
When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback.
Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief.
Please see Section 7 for rules regarding grief in the Aether, Nether and Mining World.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: The rule means that you should not destroy property that does not belong to you because it could lead to a chain effect and affect multiple people.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Honestly... I don't even know what has gotten into me... It was stupid of me for destroying Emerald Farms, and I sincerely apologize to @NinjaSteve13 for griefing his farm. I have changed and I promise that it will never happen again. I only wish to play on this beloved server again and I hope to see the day where I can play with my friends and family members who are still active on ECC. I hope you take my appeal into consideration and please accept my sincere apology. Thank You.

Alright @eMar2000. As you/were fully aware, griefing is completely against. the rules. Particularly, in a protected town. However, you still griefed or whatever reason. This is not acceptable. People do not put in the time and effort of building structures simply for them to be torn down/broken by someone they had trusted permissions with to their area. Although I understand it was a farm, which may seem a different than griefing an actual building, the concept and ideas are the same. Griefing is not something to be taken lightly.

Due to the fact that you appear remorseful and have been off the server for a fair amount of time, I am willing to give you a chance. As I've already mentioned, Griefing isn't something to be taken lightly. As such, upon returning, I will expect you to be on your best behavior. Should you still have the griefed items in your possession, I'd suggest that you return it asap. The user who you griefed will definitely appreciate it. Not to mention, it'd be a good way to make a come back.

Your Temp-Ban will last for 36 hours. During this time, I suggest you think over your actions, as well as what you plan to change/do when you return to the server. Hope to see you then.
