[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Because i made a threat Rule violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Not to abuse others Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I have known "DevotedToChrist" for a long time. If this was another player on her account i see why she was offended. I was clearly joking with her unless she cut out the part after my original statement. But i do not know this because for who knows why you now edit the reports to where no one could see the screen shots she posted. Well back to the point. I had known her for a long time i was just saying i like you're old name better and be you're original self, because thats who i liked. I don't know why she is so upset or if she is trying to troll me for joking around with her (like i used to do all the time.) After my original statement we were both joking around in chat and that was that. I wasn't bullying her in any way, I wasn't saying I hated her name. Honestly I am confused why she reported me. Guess old friends change (some) but I didn't know she would take this so seriously. Hope you have a good day and hope I get unbanned for such a silly thing I said. Although, this don't not exuse my behaviour, what I did was wrong, and will not happen again, I want to play ecc again, as summer is approaching and my friends are playing on it. Bit uncalled for, you know better than this and I do not want to see you post an irrelivant post on someone's ban appeal again. As for everyone else, @_MegaBilder_ is the only person who should be posting on this ban appeal, I don't want to see anyone else post here. Please patiently wait for this to be handled.
@_MegaBilder_ This is an extremely serious thing to do in chat. According to what I saw I am not surprised that you're in the position you are in. I realize that joking with friends is fun and all but some jokes should not be made, especially like that. Obviously it made someone uncomfortable as it resulted in your ban. I hope you've learned that there are some things that are not to be taken lightly and even though you meant it as a joke it could totally be taken the other way. This sort of thing is not okay either way jokingly or not, and I hope you have the sense to never do something like this again. Due to the severity of the things said I will issue you a 3-day tempban. This is completely unacceptable and I would hope to never see it again. Ban Reduced to 3 Days
