[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Loan Scamming Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Scamming is when you commit to paying for something then not fulfilling to pay them back for what a player gave you. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I first made the loan so I could afford tools to get more money for myself. I understood that I needed to pay off the loan within 24 hours, but I was distracted with studying for finals for the end of the school year. I am completely willing to pay of the loan due to the fact that I now have finished all of my school work for the year, and also will have lots of time for ecocitycraft during the summer. After talking with @luccowarleo in game, he's been kind enough to create a trade sign for you to return the money. The trade sign is located in the town of babylon at the provided coords of X: -722 Y: 64 Z: 2075. Upon joining the server, you may ask either myself or any of the other staff members for a teleportation request to the sign. @MeTheKid23 Would you be willing to return this money as soon as possible?
