@jayjay255 In your last appeal for the same reason just 2 days ago found here, you said you'd never grief after that appeal. Mission stated in your last appeal that you must replant all items you harvest, and the rather concerning part being you agreed and went along with it. So I'm confused, why is it just two days ago you promised to never grief again ontop of you verbally saying that you understand to completely replant all harvested crops, and ended up griefing and getting banned?

@jayjay255 ECC is and always has been a wonderful server. If you wish to be unbanned you simply must cooperate during the process. Griefing is taken very seriously here on ECC. That being said, when Aqua had told you that she would file a report if you had not replanted, she was correct. We have very strict griefing policies, especially when it comes to protected regions. So furthermore, she was right. If you decide to purchase perms to a farm or any other town, you must abide the rules. When Aqua was asking you to replant, she was simply asking for you to replant the coco beans that you had harvested. In other words, to simply fix what you had done. Anyway, the reason I'm questioning you is because just 2 days ago you were banned for this same reason. You've successfully appealed, although just short of finishing your 3rd day you've been banned again for the same reason. All that, making it seem that if you're given a third chance you'll come back and grief once again. In no way shape or form are you not welcome on ECC. If anything you will be more than welcomed and encouraged to properly appeal in attempt to engage in the community. As I've always said, the beauty of ECC is the every so growing community and how welcoming we can be. So please if you wish to return, all I ask is for some cooperation. I'm also not to fond of your last reply on this topic, it's kinda rude and discouraging to read. Finishing up, I'll leave it up to you. Would you still like to continue with this appeal?
@jayjay255 I'd like you to explain to me in your best ability to do so why you feel you should be unbanned. You can talk some about what you've learned over these past few days and how you plan on growing from these mistakes. Once you've responded, we can go from there.
Jayjay, you have been evicted from Futureville. Also, @sinder33 was a witness to your actions while you were replanting. you were extremely rude. I gave you at least 30 mins to replant and you continued to be rude, that is why I filed you the report. You also told me "that you dont care if you grief because you can just get unbanned again, so whats the big deal".
@jayjay255, please refrain from using such language again and please do not disrespect staff members.
Im sorry, but your lack of disrespect and rudeness towards not just staff members but other players on EcoCityCraft, you will not be returning from this appeal. I unbanned you a few days ago for the same reason that you are now banned, I have gave you a second chance as I thought you had learnt your lesson. But alas, you have not. Next time you appeal, if you choose to come back. Please think hard about yourself and your lack of respect towards everyone on this server and whether you actually want to return. You say you will just get another temp ban and you will be back, But this appeal has not helped you at all, Please re-appeal if you like after 24 Hours, sit and have some time to think about what you've said in this topic.
