Reason of Ban: Greifing and vulgar language


Rules Broken: Section 2 – Greifing trolling and harassment – 2.1 Clause 1 – Greifing - Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you.

Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request

If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town.

When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and are determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback.

Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief.


Section 4 – Chat , Channels and Discussions – 4.2 Clause 2 Vulgarity - Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks (see Section 2, Clause 2.1), or any other way of communicating.

Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word are allowed unless it is directed at another user.

Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.

Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given a ban.




Explain the Rules You Broke In Your own Words: Greifing – this is the in which you break something of someone else’s. This act of “vandalism” is an offense to the server and cannot be done as it may cause emotional pain to the victim.

Vulgarity – this is the act of any offensive word used in the chat or on signs these words can be very offensive to some and less to others but still must not be used for the chance of one being strongly offended.



Reason you think You Should Be Un-banned: i was banned about a year and a half ago over that year and a half so much has changed in the server. I know this because my friends are constantly talking about how much fun they have recording hunger games and just in general. One of them is mayor the other is president and they have both donated to the server. I would like to play with my friends because I would love to start up my YouTube channel doing something with my friends because I believe every game is more fun with friends. I have tried other servers but none can compare with what my friends are telling me about his one. It just seems like so much more fun than when I used to play on it and I would love the chance to play on it again with my friends. I haven’t greifed or used any form of vulgar/offensive language since I was banned on this server and I strongly believe that this will not change when I (hopefully) get back on this server. I will not stop trying to get unbanned unless it is physically impossible for me to get unbanned. Because I really want to be able to play on this server with my friends again. Thank you for reading.
