Minecraft Username: JaiJeezy Reason of Ban: I loan scammed @slvrplme Rule Violated: Loan Scamming Explanation of the rule I broke: A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Reason that I feel I should be unbanned: I understand that I broke an ECC rule by loan scamming @slvrplme. I just didn't have enough time to earn all of the money back, IsraelLawson helped me by paying him 10k to pay off a part of my loan but that only put me down to 130k left to pay back and I never was able to earn the last of the money. IsraelLawson has saved about 70k for me, so if I am unbanned, I will pay off the last 60k.

@JaiJeezy I asked you on your last appeal to show some more effort in your appeal to show us that you understand why you are banned and why what you've done is wrong. I looked at your last appeal and all I see is that you copied it and pasted it here and just added the rule. I don't think you've shown me yet that you're sorry nor have you really thought about what you're gonna do to pay slvrplme back. You were given an extension for the loan and were given almost 8 weeks before the final complaint was filed, when it was due in 10 days originally. I'd see to see some more effort in your appeal, you need to tell us why we should let you come back and that you will honor the agreement you were banned for breaching. Denied - Lack of Effort.
