Rule violated: Clause 7: Investigator The staff/admins will never act upon any user's investigation. This is for your own personal needs as town owners; etc. Submitting any of your own investigative information into any complaint/grief report will cause it to immediately be locked/ignored. Any user caught trolling in any way using the investigator feature will have it removed from them immediately and may face a serious ban from the server. Staff can see vanished users and will act upon any trolling. Clause 2: Water and Pyro Supporters who have the water and pyro features are not allowed to grief with those items in protected zones, including any and all spawn areas. This includes attempts to kill people with these perks in non-PvP areas. If caught you will immediately have those features removed from you and will face punishment on our server. This can include a rollback of your actions and a possible ban. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: I believe this means as it states, not to grief others things and not to kill people with these perks. It also means that trolling with then is not allowed what-so-ever Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because what I did was wrong and I now realize that I shouldn't have done it. I knew at the time that trolling wasn't okay, and went along with doing it anyhow. I appologize for abusing my donations and understand that my ban is legitimate. I will no longer use the pyro feature except when placing it for a build related reason. I will also no longer be using /v while breaking bricks/other building blocks. It has now been nearly 3 days since I was banned, is there a reason mine is not being done and several other ban appeals have been done that were posted after my own?
Hey, LotBot. I know from experience how difficult it can be waiting for a response on a ban appeal. I just want to help you out. It seems to me the more I would comment and post on my appeals the longer it would take. Maybe the mods need to investigate or something but I promise you they will respond eventually. One time it took over a week for me and it can be extremely frustrating. I would check my phone every hour and be disappointed but you have to be patient no matter how hard it is. I recommend playing something else and getting your mind off it and before you know it you will be unbanned. Sorry mods if this is Mini modding and if it is so I can edit out my post. It was not a bump, it was a question due to my appeal not being handled within the past 3 days, while other appeals have been placed and handled.

Mmmk, I hope you've learned now that you shouldn't post on your appeal. I don't know why its so difficult to understand, getting banned is annoying, so don't get banned in the first place. Not to mention when it comes to appeals oldest its not always going to get solved first, it depends on the case and how long it takes to process. Next time just sit tight and wait it out. The warnings you have received are just and there is no point in arguing them. If you wish to ask a question about your appeal I suggest PMing a staff member in the future, instead of bumping your appeal. You've been here long enough to know the rules and to check them periodically. Now I hope you've reviewed the rules and intend to follow them and not consider yourself above them. This event that lead to your ban is a very serious offense and I am glad you can see that you were wrong in what you did. I do not ever want to see you in trouble for this again, and you know you risk having your features removed if you abuse them. You will serve the temp ban though. which shall be 3 days.
