Minecraft Username: Conferateboys Reason of Ban: Loan Scamming Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: You are not allowed to scam in anyway, you need to be able to repay who ever gave the loan or who ever was the user on the other end of the deal. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel I should be unbanned because I totally forgot about my loan being due because I have been so busy with family things and I have been working a lot lately, if I get unbanned I will repay the user who gave the loan to me.

i am the user that posted the ban and would be happy to have u rejoin the server to pay me back a late fee @ConferateBoys will be discussed in the future if u are eligable to return to ECC i understand that users have irl life and can understand that urs was busy all look forward to the payments
i am hopeful that a mod+ can unban u quickly with a small temp ban so u can pay it back fast we can discuss terms if u wish well u wait

@ConferateBoys you have been on this server long enough to know that not paying back a loan is against the rules. In the complaint that @averagejoe2012 submitted you owe him 500k. I will be giving you a a 3day temp ban. When your ban is up you will have 5 weeks to pay 500k back to @averagejoe2012 with the money being do no later than Feb 5, 2014. 3 Day Temp Ban issued.
