This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. For the messages on my previous appeal that you posted on Drabc never said anything that said he was me (oink) it was other players 'thinking' it was me(oink). And for you saying i havent appealed in well over a month then your dumb because i have appealed i dont know atleast 4 times all denied for reasons unknown.
Well my personal opinion is that after failing to appeal succesfully you recently resorted to playing on drabc and now that you have been caught you decided to try appealing on oink again. Anyway, after you have insulted me and been rude I no longer feel like I can be impartial like a staff member needs to be. I would deny your appeal simply for being disrespectful. So I will be leaving this appeal to the other SA+s. One thing I would say, my siblings have absolute zero access to any of my online accounts, so it is not unreasonable to presume that. @Physicistsmom @clou44 @jakeyray18
oink why are you denying you are drabc? you are drabc. here is evidence to back it up. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ban-appeal.113321/ so, we see evidence proving you are this player and yet your still denying it. you say your not him but they have evidence to back them up you don't have evidence to back you up just your word. so in simpler words, quit denying it, its been PROVEN to be on drabc. oh and second there is a rule that if 1 account on an IP is banned the other ones are too, so even if you aren't drabc he still shouldn't have been playing. not to mention his appeal is downright disrespectful, not sure why dewsy just couldn't deny your ban appeal, others have been denied for that exact reason.
Actually they are brothers. How else can they be in the same sg at the same time during multiple occasions that I have seen personally?
The Problem is not if they are brothers-Dewsy believes they are, himself. Its the fact that Oink took dracb's account once banned.
