Minecraft Username: TomKellyCreeper Reason of Ban: Loan Scamming Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule is very simple. It just means you need to hold up your end of a deal and failure to do so is scamming. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I got banned for being inactive, so I apologize for that. I would like to be unbanned because I would like to still play ECC as well as fix the mess I've made.... Thank you for taking the time to process my appeal
Sorry how ever someone needs to say this... Tom... How many bans have you had related to loan scamming! The way you scam people is crazy, you take out loans. You dont pay them off. If the user you got a loan from didnt have enough evidence to get you banned you keep their money... however if they did have evidence you pay the loan off. There has been so many complaints on you for loan scamming it's crazy!

I must say, I'm rather disappointed by this. As an Ecoleader you should know the importance of paying debts on time and in full. I can see that the total you owe to @monkeyBUTT244 is $1,675,000. As this is quite a large sum of money, you will have some time to pay this off but also be expected to at regular intervals. I can see this isn't your first appeal for this sort of thing -- so you'll receive a 7 day tempban. During this time you should read up on the rules as a reminder that these sorts of things aren't tolerated. You will be required to pay this back at regular intervals, matching the schedule below, including an amount within a few days of your being unbanned as you have the money and there's no reason not to pay it. December 7th: $250,000. December 14th: $125,000. December 21st: $125,000. December 28th: $125,000. January 2nd: $125,000. January 9th: $125,000. January 16th: $125,000. January 23rd: $125,000. January 30th: $125,000. February 2nd: $125,000. February 13th: $125,000. February 25th: $175,000. If you miss any of these dates @monkeyBUTT244 has the right to file a new complaint. I strongly advise you collect evidence of all of these transactions in case an issue arises. @TomKellyCreeper tempbanned 7 days, payment schedule set.
