Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. It is up to the staffs discretion to decide whether to ban for this offense Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I didnt mean to scam. plain and simple I dont have a computer to work with, and or time to play minecraft at this point in time because of school. I do not want to be banned because that puts shame to my name, and in the original contract @bobman3355 agreed to collect late fees. I decided that it was fair if i couldnt get the time to play ECC that he gets more money in total. If @bobman3355 would attest that he does want the money i owe him and that he doesnt want me to be banned that would be great. I didnt mean to scam and will never scam anyone because I know what it is like to be scammed. On a side note I am so sorry @bobman3355 that I have not been on to play.
im completely fine with you being unbanned and i know you had no intention to scam but i really do need the money now because i broke my eff7 and need to get a new one.

@chris227227 So I believe that you have so far made payments of 65k & 90k. As you did not reply to the complaints, I would like to give you the chance to confirm that those are the payments that you have made so far and/or to prove that you have paid any others.
Yes i have only payed 2 of the payments before i had to start collecting late fees. @Dewsy92 oh and just as a little fyi the 2 week mark is coming up and if i dont get on my enderchest will be cleared.... so.... i kinda might not wanna play again. i still would like to pay back the loan if we can get me unbanned.

I am going to unban you but with a 3 day temp ban. During this time please ensure to re-read our Server Rules. I am going to give you 1 month to pay this debt off, which after a 3 day temp ban, will make your deadline 19th November 2014. Locked - @chris227227's ban reduced to a 3 day temp ban and set the new deadline of 19th November to repay 462k.
