Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means that if you don't give someone what they pay for you will get in trouble for it. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: My brother has just made money on the server and repaid the user I scammed and I promise I wouldn't scam again. @ChrisDKN can vouch for the fact all the money has been repaid. Also I know what I did was wrong and I know I never should have done it. My cousin was at my house when I scammed him and forced to me scam but still I shouldn't have done it. I sincerely apologize and I'm glad this user has been repaid. I also plan to repay my brother but he wouldn't rush me and will allow me to use his melon sword so I will be able to do that easily.

Thank you for appealing. I'm glad you have such a caring brother to help you fix the wrong you have done. You know that scamming is not tolerated here. It only leads to hurting others and getting yourself banned. There is never a good outcome. Also, nobody can force you to scam. You are your own person who makes your own decisions. I really hope that you return this favor by paying your brother back in full. Before unbanning you I will be issuing you a 3 day temp-ban.
