Financial issues is what's happening to me. Within in a week of me getting unbanned, I can sell a donation feature which will allow me to pay him back.

As the person he owes money to, I can say that I would be happy to see Arshi unbanned- he didn't seem like a bad guy and I think given another chance he will pay the total amount back.
Hello @ThatKidArshi. Although I am glad to see you willing to pay back your debts, this appeal simply isn't up to par with what we would expect from a scamming appeal. Scamming is a very serious offense, and should not be considered lightly. As such, I would expect your responses to be more than a pitiful two sentences.
