Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming Users cannot attempt to scam other users. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: You cannot break a promise and a contract Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:I love this server I would never scam i was away on vacation and letting my 7 year old cousin use my account and play on my computer so he mustve got on this server and tried to scam i don't think he knew it was against the rules i have had a stern talk with him and told him that that was not nice of him and he should not do that i saw him again today for his birthday and he wanted me to play with him since now he has his own mine craft account plz let me back on it was not my fault

Thank you for appealing. In your previous appeals for this that were denied you never mentioned that you were on vacation and that someone else was on your account. I don't know what to make of that but regardless you are responsible for all actions made on your account. According to records you owe the following: @eben48 - $100,000 @divad888 - $75,000 Because one of these users has been banned for quite some time I will not be enforcing this payment until he successfully appeals. If that does happen then you will be responsible for paying that user back in the time frame given. For now I will only be having you pay back divad888 the $75,000 you owe him. You will be given 1 week to pay this off. If you fail to do so then this user has the right to file a complaint against you and actions will be taken at that time. Before unbanning you I will be issuing you a three day temp ban for this. Once this ban is lifted you will have until September, 23, 2014 to pay this user back in full.
