Minecraft Username: Aporth and Matroxic Reason of Ban: Scamming Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2.1 - Renaming items Users cannot rename items for the purpose of making them misleading (for example, taking a cookie and renaming it “Diamond Sword”, and then attempting to auction or trade it without specifying that the item is a cookie is against the rules) If you are auctioning or trading an item that has been renamed, you MUST specify what the item was before it was renamed. All renamed items must follow the language and content rules for chat on the server. If it would not be appropriate in global, it is not an appropriate item name. Making or distributing items that are inappropriately named are both punishable to the same extent. If you find or receive an item that has been inappropriately named, please inform a staff member immediately, so that they may investigate and act appropriately. Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Scamming is the process in which a user intentionally tries to take advantage of another player through transactions. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: To make apparent, I aporth and my alternate account matroxic intentially tried to take advantage of other users through loans and transactions. Honestly I can remember actively being evil-intentioned with loans and transactions a few months ago, but I do not remember who all I affected. Well it has been quite some time since I last played ECC and would love to come back so other members in my house hold can enjoy ECC as much as I did. I feel I have learned my lesson and I only hope that it isn't going to permanently affect the moral on ECC or other members in my household. I feel I can see the big picture, I can only imagine how users felt when they figured out I was only going to disappoint them and by me keeping this in mind I will be able to keep my head above water and play fair. I am sincerely sorry to all who I affected and you, the people I disappointed, can plan on having whatever I stole returned in a If one person on my IP gets banned from ECC, what I have been told, is that you will then ban all the other people on the same IP whether or not they were part of the offending party?
In theory, you still owe me a pumpkin axe for this, however due to the fact that the complaint is old and there was no definition of a pumpkin axe at the time, I doubt you'll be required to pay me back. It would only serve as a gesture of good faith, which quite frankly I don't believe you have.

@Turtwig2014 - You will need to file a complaint for any debt to be included in this. I did a quick search and found not record of you doing such. @Aporth You are able to repay users with features if that is what you wish to do. Please make sure to get a screenshot of an agreement, or write a contract, that the users are willing to accept a feature instead of the amount of ECD that you owe. This is to protect you as without evidence of such an agreement, you would not be able to show proof of the debt having been cleared - You wouldn't have a screenshot of making the payment.
