Minecraft Username: Maxee7158 Reason of Ban: Extremely vulgar language on signs. Rule violated: Clause 2 - Vulgarity Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating. Please explain in your own words what the rule means: The rule regarding vulgarity is put in place to avoid any type of vulgar language, whether it be in a casual or derogatory manor, from being in the server and therefore potentially influencing any of the younger players or outright offending another player. Reason you feel you should be unbanned: I know this excuse is in no way acceptable or valid but I was simply annoyed. At the time I didn't actually know that it was possible to apply for a 'temp ban', I was only told this when I took to the shout box proceeding my removal from the server. I actually partially e wanted to get banned so I wasn't tempted to play ECC on my birthday (7th August) or these proceeding days. I've successfully given away everything I had whilst undergoing a moment of rage (my town, my house, my enchanted items, the 40,000 ECD I had left after loosing 155,000 ECD in the lotto (I take full blame for this)) and will therefore have to work my way back up until I can hopefully buy myself a town or potentially buy back my town that I gave away (I'm not expecting this, just hoping) but that is only if my ban appeal is accepted. If I do rejoin the server I will be sure to turn off lotto chat at all times to avoid any temptation (once again, I mistake on my half, I didn't know you could do this until reading around the forum some more). I also apologize to anyone that I offended for my horrendous actions on the forums following my ban, I guess I was just seeking attention.
Please do not reply to appeals that do not pertain to you unless,you have to post some evidence, let the supermods decide if the user is to be unbanned. Any unnecessary posts after this one shall receive a forum warning.
Please can you refrain from posting what I would consider to be an irrelevant comment. In return I will make an irrelevant comment: You are mad because I didn't sell you that max silk pickaxe for 16k and are posting against me on my ban appeal for no other reason than because you are one of the few people that play ECC that specifically don't like me. Also, if I didn't take this seriously I wouldn't have written 336 words explaining why I feel as though I should be unbanned -.-

Alright after reviewing your ban history I have seen that you have no other priors but since the language was excessively vulgar I am going to be giving you a 5 -hour tempban. In the mean time I would like you to read over all the server rules once or twice and I do not want to see you appealing for something like this again. Just because you are upset/bored or whatever does not give reason to do this. Also if you so insist on wanting to get banned just file a 3 day un-appealable tempban. User tempbanned 5 hours. Locked.
