Rule violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Clause 3.1 - Trespassing If a town owner asks you to leave their region for any reason and you are not a member of the region, you must comply with their request. You may not return to this region unless the applicant owner or the owner who has asked you to leave permits you to do so, by any means, including setting homes in the region (please see Section 8 Clause 4.) Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:The rule basically means not to continually bully/annoy someone. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Now yes, I do regret every message I made that hurt peoples feelings, If I got the chance, I'd take back every sentence, but unfortunately I can't. All of it was just getting mad in the moment, and not realizing the consequences. I have been sarcastic to staff, and yes I didn't listen to them which is another big mistake I will work on. Whenever/if I do get unbanned, I will limit myself in pvp, as where about 80% of the time, that's where the problem occurs. This ban is similar to a friend of mines ban, where once we die in pvp, we just lose it, not thinking about the actions we make. I will work on using the /ignore command more frequently and if I get unbanned, I will kind of close myself from ECC and the people on it, that way I can't make any more problems. And if it comes time, I will turn chat off and just enjoy the game. I've been reading over the rules during my ban, and I'm well aware of them now. @ShanePvP as stated in your last appeal, you have been warned numerous times about your behavior, specifically, your language towards other users in PvP. You claim that you are working on your attitude and how you act, and I sincerely hope that you improve upon this. I don't want to see this kind of behavior from you ever again. That being said, I will expect you entirely to not only improve on your attitude and behavior, but that you will also heed staff warnings. I will be Temp-banning you for 6 hours. During this time I expect you to re-read the rules regardless of how many times you have already read them.
