Rule violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Clause 3.1 - Trespassing If a town owner asks you to leave their region for any reason and you are not a member of the region, you must comply with their request. You may not return to this region unless the applicant owner or the owner who has asked you to leave permits you to do so, by any means, including setting homes in the region (please see Section 8 Clause 4.) Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:The rule basically means not to continually bully/annoy someone. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:It's hard to be nice to people who are continually annoying me/piss me off. And it sucks to come back and defend myself, and have me to be the one punished. Yes, I do and I will work on this problem I have in the future. @ShanePvP I have personally witnessed you while in the PvP world and this has happened on multiple occasions with many different users, and you have been warned numerous times to stop, each time simply ignoring our warnings and advice. The personal attacks on @Dr_Dragon_Slayer were not only very inappropriate, they were simply not needed at all. In addition to your blatant disregard of our in-game warnings, you also seem to know that what you're doing is wrong, yet continue to just disregard our server rules and do as you please. In addition to your actions in-game, an incident that happened in the shoutbox: (http://imgur.com/7pFXIg7) have inclined me to deny your appeal. Please appeal once you realize that this we take harassment very seriously and that your appeal wont simply be accepted because you have to pay off debt. You have to realize that what you did was unnecessary, hurtful, and completely unneeded. Locked. Denied.
