Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: From the inspiration of recently talking to @emongolab I've decided that it would be beneficial for me to return and try to be a positive influence on the community. Emongolab has stated that he will be assisting me in helping me stay on track and pay off these loans. I feel I should be unbanned because I've really taken some time off to think about my actions and feel terrible for everyone I did things to. I've taken the time to gather up the list of users I scammed and how much I owe them. #1. @TheSavageBull - $90,000 or the TP donation feature (or equivalent donations) #2. @RyanBlocks2 - $125,000 or Make It Quick (or equivalent donations) #3. @FuChunx3 - $50,000 or a $10 gift card #4. @Joseph01234 - $300,000 or McMMO Bonus Plus (or equivalent donations) #5. @quefueve - $75,000 or Water Plus (or equivalent donations) #7. @Emau - $50,000 or a $10 gift card. #8. @RANDOM2580 - An Efficiency 7 Pickaxe or 1500 nstars or $600,000 This is everyone and everything I owe money for. I will pay off each and every one of these users. I honestly don't even know what to say. No one on the server will ever think of me the same again until I prove that I can do good again. I would just like to point out a few things to the Staff team to considerate before they decide to act upon this ban appeal. According to this complaint, schloty21 was banned on or before August 31st, 2013, which means this Ban Appeal is applicable to not one, but several serious scams and contract breaches which happened almost a year ago (Little over 11 months to be more precise). As you may remember, this is not the first time schloty21 is appealing this ban, as he has done it before in a couple separate occasions in the past. Each of which granted him 3 months (and an extra week in the second one). Giving him a very fine total of 6 months for repaying all his debts. His promise "that he would pay back every penny", unfortunately was not fulfilled, and his time given was apparently used mostly as a leisure rather than hard working hours. I will give him credit on his first time being unbanned, seeing he did pay back a couple users: Lee1104 and Falconaire for a fine total of $150,000ECD, which didn't even reach 10% of the total original debt, but hey, something is something. Seeing the user is a VIP President, one would think that he has the required knowledge of the server mechanics to be able to at least pay off a bigger portion of his debt, and that the reason behind such outcome is more likely to be caused by a complete lack of effort than a genuine inability to make money. And not very relevant, but the user also has at times also given a reluctant response to paying back his debts, like in his last post in this complaint, which clearly contradict his alleged intentions given in the Ban Appeal. Not to say that it's been almost 3 months since he was last banned (May 7th, 2014), so that's 3 months outside ECC that could have very well been used for at least writing a better appeal considering the damage he has caused. So to sum it up: - The user was originally banned almost a year ago (11 months). - User has appealed 2 times, giving him a total of 6 months to pay back his debts. - During this time the user paid back $150,000ECD, which is less than 10% of the total original debt; $1,540,000ECD assuming he paid it all back in EcoDollars. And I felt it was necessary for me to add this Memorable quote by zardgyer, former GameAdmin, upon unbanning schloty for the first time back in October 15th, 2013 and giving him 3 months to pay back his debts: "Do not let this long amount of time lull you into thinking you can goof off and not pay back, because if you get stuck not being able to repay debts as large as this again, it's doubtful you'll be returning to us at ecc." ---- In regards to my personal scamming situation with schloty21, seeing the original contract with him didn't have a clause mentioning that he could simply pay back the $75,000ECD if he didn't donate for me, if he were to be unbanned, I would really be grateful if it could be stated that his payback must be in the form of the $15 Donation WaterPlus. Due to the recent increases in price among the user market for Donation sales, the original $75,000 does not suffice for getting a $15 Feature, making my 11 months of waiting for payback virtually useless. I'm sure that if the user is 100% dedicated to paying back for the damage caused and fulfilling his original intention as he claims he is, he'll be more than happy to do this.

Thank you for appealing. After reviewing your case I see that you were given 3 months to pay these users back for a second time in February. You had paid one user back right away but only paid one other 50k throughout the entire time you were unbanned. Also, during this time you were banned for auto-fishing which tells me that you resorted to illegal means to gain the money you owed. This is not at all acceptable. When you are unbanned after a scam has occured it is a temporary ban lift so that you can correct the wrong you did toward other users which will only be a permanent lift for the offense if the amount is paid back in full. That time is to be spent wisely. I am quite hesitant to unban you again for this, but I am willing to do so on one condition. You are to use the time given to you wisely and I want you to send me screenshots of the payments you have made to these users at least once a month via forum pm so that I know you are working your debt off. You will be given until November 19th to have this debt paid in full which gives you plenty of time to do all of this successfully. Do you agree to this? @schloty21

If you can find proof of the payment to lurk then just send it to me in a pm and I will make note that this is already paid.
