Reason of Ban: PvP Hacking; Bypassing ban on THEBULLYMILITIA (False)

Rules Violated:

Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts

• Multiple accounts are not tolerated on this server. If you are caught using two or more Minecraft accounts to benefit you, all accounts will be banned and you will lose the ability to play on the EcoCityCraft server permanently.
• Multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP are allowed so long as the accounts are used by different people.
• Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

Clause 2 - Scamming

• A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
• Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Please explain: As stated above, any hacks or programs that give advantages are illegal for good reasons. Nobody is an exception to any rules set in place. I take full responsibility for the rule broken and stated above. I had the PvP hacks on since about 5 days prior, when my friend was telling me about them and installed them on my computer. We used them on multiple servers and I made the bad decision to use them on ECC. Like an idiot, I kept them on my computer and continued using them knowing i would get in trouble eventually.

Apparently there is sufficient evidence to prove that I am THEBULLYMILITIA. So after messaging @Revanrose6, she said that as long as I lie, and say that I am him, and if I take full responsibility for all of his actions, pay his debts, AND take responsibility for "dual accounting," I will be allowed to play on the server again. That said; I, DatProfit, am THEBULLYMILITIA. I know dual accounting is wrong and I won't ever do it again

Scamming is one of the worst things a person can do on here. I have been scammed many times and would never wish this upon anyone (unless they deserved it big time). I don't know what situation I, THEBULLYMILITIA, was in at the time, or why I donation scammed, but I am very sorry for doing so and won't do it ever again

Reason you feel you should be unbanned: Before now, I have not been banned for anything besides a slight misunderstanding/miss-communication. I am absolutely embarrassed and ashamed. I feel like I've let people down. People will probably judge me if I'm let back on. That is part of the reason it took me so long to appeal. I fully understand all the rules of ECC and if I get to have a chance on the server again I will play by the rules like everyone else. The hacks are gone, and I regret the stupid decision I made to leave them on my computer. If any evidence is needed other than the evidence below, tell me what i have to do, and I'll do it.

Dual accounting is wrong and I would never do it. Much less a second time.

Scamming like I said is horrible. Wrong. I can't imagine inflicting that kind of economical stress on someone by scamming that much. I couldn't do that to someone once, let alone twice.

For the reasons above, I feel I should be let back on the server to pay my debts. I am sorry for the rules I broke and won't do it again.

Yeah yeah yeah. You're lucky, if I do get unbanned, that's a free 50k from a stranger. Your'e welcome. I am commenting on this again because no mods have taken a look at it. How can I tag Revan? I think she will be the one handling this ban appeal and she has already unbanned people on other threads without seeing this one.
