I did this because from what I could tell, they were all inactive or banned. I would greatly appreciate a second chance and I will readd the members who still play. Thank you for your time
I'm glad to see you wish to appeal your ban. While you may have assumed your town members were inactive, you clearly did not check this beforehand. This complaint shows that at least one of your residents was active enough to notice he'd been removed and he then filed the complaint. I strongly suggest that you double check with /seen that all your players have been offline 7 days or greater before outright removing them or giving a proper notice of eviction. To show you understand this, I'd like you to copy/paste in the related rules from the wiki.
Clause 1 - Town Ownership and Town Residency Town owners have the right to form any laws, living or building rules within in towns, so long as they do not interfere with our universal server rules. Town owners are expected to have respect towards their town’s residents. Scamming and taking advantage of your town’s residents is strictly prohibited. If you are the victim of a Mayor/President town scam, you may submit proper evidence of such to our Complaints forum. Mayors may remove anyone from their towns for any reason, as outlined in Clause 3 - Seizure of Property. Clause 3 - Seizure of Property By owning the town, your town Mayor has the right to remove you from the town at any time, for any reason, so long as the following criteria are met: Sufficient warning is given to the evicted person(s) ahead of time. For an individual, you must give 3 days advanced notice. For entire towns and/or mass evictions (5+ people) you must make a forum thread in the Towns Discussion forum. In this thread, all evicted persons must be tagged and given 7 days advanced notice. Users who can not be tagged due to not having a forum account must be mailed with the same length of notice. Users are given the appropriate timeframe and ability to remove their items and belongings. However, under the following circumstances, the advanced notice criteria need not be met: Griefing of the town which has resulted in a ban. The user has been banned from the server for longer than the time required to give advanced notice. The user has been evicted for breach of town rules (the mayor will have to provide proof of the rules and that the user has agreed and was aware of said rules.) In any case, you may not block access to any locked belongings of the evicted user at any time. If you wish to gain access to their belongings, you must fill out an LWC request following the guidelines posted in the following clause and have it approved before you may block access to the previously locked items. @nicit6

After this expires, and you are back on the server, you are to re-add anyone to town permissions who has locks within the town, and follow proper eviction procedure from there should you wish to remove them.
