Minecraft Username: CrazySwagMaster1 Reason: "Attempted Scamming" This rule states that I need to hold up my end of the deal in all trades, sales, etc. This rule applied to me when I had a trade sign that was selling for a higher rate than the advertised price. Although I did this unintentionally the rule still stands and I am aware I should be punished for it. Counter-Reason: This, I believe, more accurately describes my situation. Clause 2.2 states that if a scam was intended then it's bannable. I had no intention to scam. As mentioned previously (See "evidance" for a link to origional ban appeal), I had no intention to scam on the iron, gold, redstone, etc. With the nstar sign, I am allowed to pick and choose the price at which I buy and sell things. The $500 for 6 is the price I chose. When dealing with the issue the first time, during my advertisement in trade where I was "buying n-stars for $500". The solution ended with @nicit6 telling me to cease any future advertisements, which I did. I did not know that he intended for me to remove the sign altogether The sign above it simply says you get $500. It does not say how many n-stars. I encourage all users to either ask questions or to read the trade sign at my shop. I understand that attempts to scam users is wrong. I really do. I also understand that I could have just as easily easily make a fake ban appeal, and lie about how I 'posted those signs up to try and scam users for 50 bucks.' I didn't. It was an honest mistake, and I'm sorry that it turned into this huge issue. It will not happen again. @12345shane, I had thought @nicit6 had already locked that previous ban appeal (He did now). I didn't realize it was still unlocked.
After reading this new appeal, I believe you understand why your actions were wrong. Attempted scamming can include misleading text above/around trade signs and I don't expect to see this from you again. Please bear in mind that if this does happen again that the punishment will be more severe. I will be reducing your ban to a 24 hour temp ban, during which you should reread our rules. After the 24 hour tempban expires you will be free to rejoin the server. CrazySwagMaster1 tempbanned 1 day. Locked.
