Minecraft Username: CrazySwagMaster1 Reason: "Attempted Scamming" Counter-Reason: My complaint is located here. I am deeply sorry that my trade signs did not get changed. I repeatedly promise users that I have the lowest prices on the server, and I try to maintain that. One day I got a mail saying that a station had lower costs on the goods that were lower priced. I had changed those, calculating the value of it, and figured I would lower the trade signs when I was done. It took me longer than I thought because I had to go to work soon after. With the dirt I was selling to @legoking236 for $7 a stack, and he was fully aware he was paying that much for it. I had every intention of changing the signs, and I am deeply sorry that they were not changed in time. Had I been told in-game (I was online at the time of the ban) I would have been more than willing to change them. Evidence: I would appricate if someone could check the times on the signs that I had 'attempted scamming' on. They would all be around the same time, but different than all the other ones. Also @idkhowtoplay did not tell me that my signs were lower, yet I was right next to him in my shop, and asked if either him or whom he was with needed anything that I didn't have setup (I cannot remember the other person's name). If I'm going to be temp-banned, I would like to be able to change my signs really quick. I can't imagine others would appreciate my false-advertising. I'll be staying logged-into forums to watch for info on this.
The reason I didn't inform you that your signs were lower is because I remembered a complaint against you prior, for mis-advertising. After verifying that, I decided I didn't need to tell you what you were doing was wrong because you were already warned for it.
@idkhowtoplay , you are right, and I don't disagree with you. You shouldn't of had to tell me. I'm just trying to state that I would have changed them if I had remembered/been told to. Sorry for dragging you into this x.x
While these signs make up part of the issue, another factor that played into the decision to ban you was your creation of these signs while we were investigating this issue: Spoiler: Trade Signs This is exactly the same situation that you were warned for on Monday and doing such again is unacceptable. This said, attempted scamming is taken very seriously here and I don't feel that your appeal owns up enough to what you did. Please find the rules from the wiki relating to your ban and state them in your own words so I know you understand why this is wrong.
