Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

This means if you pay for goods and do failing to uphold your agreement will get you banned.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel that I should be unbanned because my irl problems have cleared up. I also would really like to pay back the people I owe money to because I don't want to think myself as a scammer.
I will work very hard to pay these users back and I will pay them off. I wish to be unbanned to improve on the bad that I did and to pay the users I owe money too. I will earn the money with my SG kits and mining and farming. I hope you guys will forgive me for my mistake and accept me back to the server <3​
