Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that if you do not uphold your end of the deal and do not payback or give them what they made the transaction for or deal means that you will be banned for scamming. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel terribly sorry for goblizz i've been really busy irl and school and sports and I would love another opportunity to re-pay and have fun on this server again!
To all the mods handling the appeal: Honestly, I'm willing to work with Zach to set up a payment sign/schedule for the 750k; it's a large sum and I know that. Plus, if it appears to not be genuinely sorry and short, it's ok by me. Zach contacted me via forum PM and I have forgiven him. He is truthful in what he says and is really sorry. To Zach: No hard feelings man; good luck working to get it back! Glad you are back!

@Zach_Attack252 This isn't the first time you've been banned for loan scamming, but the lack of effort in this appeal does not convince me that you are serious about fixing your mistake. You have to remember that you are trying to impress on why we should let you return, what makes you think you will pay it off and not lead to another ban, what are you going to do to make sure you pay off the money. I totally understand that real life may of been the issue, however your appeal still lacks effort. Denied - Lack of Effort
