[Main Server]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Spamming/Innapropriate Language/Bypassing Caps/Powertool Abuse/Scamming @alkylator Rule violated: Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Caps & Spam: Its pretty simple really, no one wants to be talking in a spammy chat or one where caps are used, it makes it harder for users to read what others have to say and ruins their overall experience. Vulgarity: This is a family friendly server and I shoulve kept my thoughts to myself. I knew in my head i was breaking this rule and looking back now it was very stupid. No one wants to be around, or wants their children to be around those who do such actions. Extended Commands: Donation abuse is not something to be taken lightly, I paid for an in-game bonus and used it to spam vulgar language which was in no way acceptable. I took my anger out in the wrong place and I really messed up. Scamming: Scamming is a very serious thing and should never be done. I did it because I was very greedy and I wanted to feel like one of the rich people on the server. I shouldnt have and i give my most sincere apologies to @alkylator . I will pay back full amount and extra to him for my actions. I am very sorry. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because, its been over a year since I have played this server. I have met many people on this server and hope to continue to meet people. I have spent countless hours and countless dollars on this one server alone and I miss all my friends and all the fun I used to have on this server. I am now on summer break and will have much time to earn back the money to pay off @alkylator . Me and @Dylanthornton38t have talked, we have agreed to pay back @alkylator 1,500,000 eco dollars ($750,000 each) to show our appologies. We feel terrible and would love to play on this server again. I would not mind if you guys reset me back to builder. I feel i deserve it after all the trouble i have caused to many people. I am very sorry, i would be very grateful if you guys accepted this appeal to let me back on ECC. Thanks for your time. -Westen

@xZestyx This is now your second appeal for the repayment of 1 mill for the eff7 that was lost. I also see you were banned for your inappropriate use of chat and shouts and powertools. I am glad to see you wish to appeal and that you understand that what you did was wrong. I am impressed at your willingness to pay more than what was originally owed to make up the losses. However we will go by the original contract and @alkylator stated preference for repayment. I also want to commend you for quoting each rule you broke and labeling your thoughts and why what you did is wrong. I don't have much more to say as you seem to truly regret your actions. Getting angry online is never a good way to take out your temper. You did it, and you paid the price. I hope you can come back to ECC with a more positive attitude. As I understand it this is the same 1 mill you owed @alkylator last year in August, however since you and @xDirtyD are both banned over the same eff7, I will require you guys to pay this back jointly, 500k each. However since your offenses leading up to your ban are rather... accumulative I will be issuing you a longer temp of about 7 days, for the mayhem you caused before your banning(Inappropriate Language, Powertool Abuse and Abusing the Shout System) and because this is your now 2nd appeal concerning the repayment for 1 mill for the lost eff7. This time around you will be working jointly with @xDirtyD to pay off the 1 mill. You will owe 500,000 ECD to @alkylator, I will give you the same time frame as @xDirtyD which will be 35 days after your tempban is up. @alkylator should be receiving both payments within about 4 days of each other. I expect a diligent response in paying this off. Also note, if either one of you fail to make your 500k you will both be banned again for scamming.
