i feel that that rule means that if i break a contract or dont fullfill it then i get banned​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

i will sell plots in my town and mine and dob everything i can to pay back the loan
i was in a treatment center during my temp unban but if i was not i would have the same thing​
