Yes, I was Twenty1Wiccas. I changed my name a couple days ago. Filing name change once this has gone up.​

Clause 2 - Scamming

A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Clause 2.1 - Renaming items

Users cannot rename items for the purpose of making them misleading (for example, taking a cookie and renaming it “Diamond Sword”, and then attempting to auction or trade it without specifying that the item is a cookie is against the rules)
If you are auctioning or trading an item that has been renamed, you MUST specify what the item was before it was renamed.
All renamed items must follow the language and content rules for chat on the server. If it would not be appropriate in global, it is not an appropriate item name.
Making or distributing items that are inappropriately named are both punishable to the same extent. If you find or receive an item that has been inappropriately named, please inform a staff member immediately, so that they may investigate and act appropriately.

Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming

Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user.
Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'.

Clause 2.3 - Player Run Lotteries

Any player run lottery is disallowed and will be treated as attempted scams or actual scamming depending on the situation.
This includes any type of raffle or lottery that requires a buy in.​

This rule means that if you take out a certain loan for something (msword, ecd etc) You need to repay or give back the amount/item(s) you have borrowed for face a ban as the loan was not finished.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Where do I start. I've been caught up in so much real life stuff, I have had hour long meltdowns irl due to things that people have said irl. It broke me. I needed to take a break from everything to settle my physical and mental state, that's why I went on a 12-day camp.

I have been depressed beyond belief and ecc, like it usually does, helps me with my emotions. Talking to friends and freely expressing myself to friends and foes alike helped me to calm down and think about the wonders of life. As the days on here progressed, my depression grew stronger and ecc couldn't help me at the time. Stress collided in to me like a brick wall. The camp didn't help either, I did a few regretful things on that camp that I don't wish to share.

I had a little break from ecc just to clear my head and find a way to keep going on and to keep playing the game of minecraft and real life. I remembered the fun times i've had with friends and family, the sad experiences the community helped me through and the times where random strangers filled me with inspiration, and that's when I knew ecc is a big part of my life and my sanity. Without it, i'm a broken man.

I apologise to @DaEpicMiner326 for not paying the rest of that small loan. Looking back at it, it was a very selfish thing of me to do to you. The memories of ecc (and now knowing that squid is completely fine with my antivirus system) has given me more motivation then ever to try to pay off that loan and to experience even more fun times with my acquaintances. I will work my absolute butt off to pay off that small loan. It will take a couple of days though, as I don't have any good mining tools and my only income on this server is through voting but there is no need to be worried, I will get you the money I was loaned to you so you and I are both happy.

If you don't unban me, that is fine. I will still work my butt off to try to get unbanned and pay it off. Be assured that this is not the last you'll hear from me if this gets denied.

I would finally like to say thank you miner for your patience when I was late with the loan, you being that patient shows you believe that I can pay this off, which motivates me more. I also never ment for you to feel stabbed in the back, I should've explained why I was quitting temporarily so you could understand easier.

Once again, i'm very sorry.
