Bypassing a ban is using another account to bypass a ban, which is against the rules.

Lt's start off by apologizing for the rage I made on the forums. I was frustrated and acted in the moment, and the actions I made were foolish.

Okay, this time I'm putting some real effort into my appeal. I want to express the fact that I'm quite frustrated about being banned twice in a row. However, the first ban was righteous. Here's the dilemma I am facing. On Sunday, March 7th, Matrix_rep reported me in a forum pm to Dewsy92, claiming that I was dual accounting on duckmankeiran's account. I can see very well how it may have seemed this way as we share an IP adress. However, after briefly speaking with matrix_rep, I realized for a ban to occur, proof must be provided. How did he get proof of a false accusation, I wondered. I spoke to my brother outside of Minecraft. He told me that he had indeed impersonated me on his account during my ban, claiming things in Pm's like "it's turt". This was the killer. Duckmankeiran got me banned. Duckmankeiran will confirm his part in causing my ban. I'd like to apologize to matrix_rep as well, as I did rage a bit over my second ban as it was unrighteous. It was none of his fault for reporting me as I can see how it appeared as I if I was dual accounting. I also want to thank @nicit6 for replying to my last appeal so immediately, however I sincerely hope that you moderators can believe my story as I swear I am being honest, from my heart. I hope this doesn't seem too far fetched to believe as it is all true, I promise. I feel as if I have been violated-by my brother, in particular. To prove the fact that this is the proof, @Duckmankeiran will admit to his trolling and pretending to be me. My mom grounded him from minecraft for a week because of his actions.


I'm really concerned my biggest fear on ECC is about to become reality: not being able to be unbanned for a false ban. I don't want the mods that read this appeal not to believe me, causing me to appeal and "admit" to dual accounting, because I never did dual account. I can see how this may seem like a lie, it's just such a big mess . I'm really sorry if this story is unbelievable but I know the moderators that review my appeal will know that I am speaking the truth, from the bottom of my heart. I really hope I don't have to appeal again, but it's the mod's view whether they believe I'm being truthful or not. Thank you for reviewing my appeal, I am sorry it's so long . Have a nice day and remember I am telling the 100% truth, no bogus at all... Mods please do consider what I have to say. @nicit6 handled my last appeal so I believe he will want to handle this. lause 2 - Multiple Accounts

• Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
• An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.
• If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
• Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

I never used an alternate account, but even if you believe I did, I rehearsed the rule and the rest of the rules in case I get unbanned. Hope this is necessary.
