Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rules means, primarily, that all agreements within a contract are to be enforced and unless the other party is willing to make such arrangements, no group shall back out of the agreement.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Hmm, it's been months since my ban, which is one of my better points here. I mean, I'm a teenager, what teenager doesn't get smarter over a few months? Not me, I'm older and wiser and better than the original.

The main reason I want to be unbanned lacks nothing of the self-prestigious title:

Nostalgia.

I've been where I've been and I've seen what I've seen in what have been 3 or 4 amazing months for me. I got a job which is pretty sweet, put out an album with my dudes (it's tasty as hell) and met some ladies with, quite fairly, dubious moral attributes who nonetheless play a role in my happiness. With all this going on in my life, I'd love to kick up when I'm not out, presumably hovering around drinking dew and flirting up the freshman, and enjoy what was the past and an ultimately inferior part of my life, yet this one portion of my life brought me so much joy. It's an interesting idea. Being part of the server would essentially remind me of when I didn't necessarily have what I have now. I'd love nothing more than to visit those times and to talk to the people, and see the sites of my past. I'd absolutely love to rejoin the server and live it all again.

As for this whole debt deal, I'll throw in the 50 G's I'm lacking to its rightful owner down there in the mayor section. I didn't get around to it the first time mainly because my laptop went all screwy, so I kinda warranty frauded it and got another one. Free 2k laptop! Wew! So long as reasonable time is given I can repay.

Hey, if you think it's too much to unban me at this point, that's cool. I'm happy to lurk the forums and say hi every now and then. Minecraft is very exterior in my life right now to be honest, and my social life is advancing onward leaving me with less obligation to play. So if there's really not a chance for me here, let me pop in on the forums and say hi every now and then, Amen!
