Scamming (Section 3 Clause 2) + Breaking of Contract (Section 3 Clause 3)​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Scamming means that a person does not hold up their end of a deal. Ex. Someone pays for a diamond sword but the other person doesn't give it to them
Breaking of contract means that I broke a promise/contract. Ex. I signed a paper saying I was going to pay 10k within 3 days and I didn't​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel that many months after the original ban for failing on a loan to @Obblebobble I realized what I did was wrong and am ready to rejoin the server and pay back what I didn't. I also know that through the entire process I acted very polite in my private messages with obblebobble but I knew that I was going to fail this loan which was completely wrong. I was misleading obblebobble and I shouldn't have done that. I feel that I now have the capabilities to finish paying back this loan and hope I will be allowed to.
