This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town. When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback. Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief. Hi there @titanic524 , thank you for choosing to appeal your ban. I have found that your actual ban reason is major grief in the town of wolfvalley as a result of this grief report. Please edit your appeal to reflect this by changing the reason for your ban and the rule violated. You can find the server rules here. Please make the necessary changes within 24 hours.
@titanic524 please edit in the full rule that was broken into your appeal. This means going into the server rules found here and copy and paste the entire section for griefing into the "Rule Violated" section. @titanic524 thank you for making the changes that I have asked. As you can should be able to tell after reading the server rules, griefing is taken very seriously here on ECC. That being said, I am willing to offer you a second chance and unban you, due to the facts that you seem to be remorseful of you actions and since it has been quite awhile since you were banned. I can assure you, if you are found to be griefing again then it will be much more difficult for you to successfully appeal again. Welcome back.
