Reason of Ban: "Abusing the fly feature in the nether"

Rule violated:

"Clause 9: Fly+
Using Fly+ to PvP or to interrupt an ongoing PvP fight in the nether is against the rules and is an abuse of your feature; you may use it to flee from PvP. The purpose of this feature is to allow you to fly over the lava, get to high places and get places faster in the nether. Using it to harass other players isn't allowed and is not the intent of this feature"

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means that you are not allowed to attack and fly at the same time and its is only used for fleeing from pvp, going up high places and flying over lava.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because the second time i was flying from Kick_Me was when I was trying to flee from him as I was on half heart. As it states in the rules "you may use it to flee from PvP". At first, I do admit to flying and attacking him as it was my first time PvPing in the Nether so I was not quite entirely sure if we were allowed to fly and attack. Kick_Me warned me and I stopped, then I started to flee from battle and I typed /spawn. Somehow, he said I was still hitting me so, I got banned :/ Please reconsider my ban as I assure you I have learnt my lesson about flying in nether.

Originally when I got fly+ I thought that the rules meant your not allowed interrupt someone elses fight, not your own fight, I got muddled up with the rules. But its all clear to me now. I am sorry Kick_Me for attacking you while flying in our 1v1 so I apologize deeply.
