Rule Violated:

A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

The rules referring to scamming are pretty self spoken. Basically anyone cheated out of a transaction or mislead has the right to file a complaint as well as not paying in full what was agreed on.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel that I should be unbanned because I really miss ECC and all of the people on here. It's been about a year since I have been on and am really anxious to be back. @zjkhan and @BuyLowSeIIHigh did not deserve what they did and it was my fault. I got caught up in things outside of the server but I should have at least given them a warning or found some way to pay them back. I will always be in debt to them and would wish to pay them back even if it takes me another year. I'm sure something can be figured out. For this not only am I sorry to the victims but the server for my actions. Thank you.​
