Reason of Ban:

I am banned for loan scamming @zjkhan and @BuyLowSeIIHigh ​

Rule Violated:

I have broken the rule of loan scamming. I did not pay back my loans to the people mentioned above on the noted date. The rule is as follows:

  • A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
  • Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

These rules are pretty upfront in my opinion. Not paying back a loan on the given date results in a ban, unless something can be worked out.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I have not played minecraft in over a year and I cannot honestly think of the reason I didn't pay back the loan. I suspect it was because of baseball and school but now I am just getting back into the game. I am not even sure if these players still play on the server but I remember that this was my favorite server. I even donated a fair amount of money to show that gratitude. I would be really appreciative if I could be unbanned and work on earing some respect back. Thank you, thefunovits​
