Major Griefing on town named Diamondbay​

Rule Violated:

Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. {Section 2, Clause 1}​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule means I nor anyone else should violate a piece of land that is forbidden or is not mine. By violate I mean I should not place or remove blocks or items on that plot unless it belongs to me.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

First of all, I would like to say I am deeply sorry and have realised and reflected on the wrongs of my actions. I understand I abused Mcguy65's trust by using the town permissions to my own personal gain. I am completely aware of the reason I was banned, and in all fairness, I see why I was banned. I am also now fully aware that if I purposely violate EcoCityCraft's rules and the town rules again that there will be more severe consequences (assuming my appeal is accepted). I am completely willing to offer the following services in return for a fresh start on the server -
1. Giving back all the items I took = 250 brick, 95 smooth sandstone, 2 stone brick, 4 smooth stairs, 4 redstone lamp, 9 yellow glass and 145 magma.
2. Rebuilding the house to rand's likings (using the items that I will return).
3. Allowing Mcguy65 to remove town permissions from me and removing me from the plot I own.
Again, I am sincerely sorry for my actions - I have repented and adjusted myself to be a more rule-encouraging play-nice gamer and I hope that you will accept me back into the humble home of EcoCityCraft.​
