Reason of Ban:

moderate crop grief/minor block grief+1 inapropriate sign in the town of powtown​

Rule Violated:
Section 2- Griefing, Trolling, Harassment
Clause 1 - Griefing

• Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you.
  • Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request
    • If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town.
• When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback.
• Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief.

Section 4- Chat, Channels and Discussion
Clause 2 - Vulgarity

• Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks (see Section 2, Clause 2.1), or any other way of communicating.
  • Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (eg. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user.
• Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
• Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence which may result in a ban with no warnings given.

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I don't feel a first time offense should mean immediate perm ban. I will say that it wasn't right and i probably shouldn't have done it, but a perm ban? i think that how bad i actually griefed wasn't too bad, bc if you were to go look at Powtown, the crops should be fine, and i really didn't block grief, and the sign thing, it wasn't meant to go that far, but i do understand why you did what you did." if he commits crime, burn him at stake so he no commit any crimes EVER", viewing the world like that is not the smartest. but its been like a year since i did that
so yeah why am i banned still? if you give me another chance, i will try as hard as possible not to mess it up. this concludes my explaination. good day, if this isn't appealed, i understand, if im allowed back in, thank you, you won't regret it​

@ServerOfWaffles whole rule? or just the title? For obvious reasons i'd think it'd be just the title but i've never had to get a ban appeal so idk
