    Have you changed your Minecraft username since being banned? If so, what is your previous name:
    no.
    Which of ECC's services are you banned on:
    I was banned in the main server.
    Reason of Ban:
    for saying "why don't u die" in global.
    Rule Violated:
    section 2 clause 2 or 3.
    Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
    I am not allowed to offend or insult anyone. Therefore, I'm not allowed to tell them to die.
    Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:
    I feel I should be in-banned simply because I didn't actually break that rule. When I said "why don't u die" it was a question for xboyfernz and wolfspy6 in sg(I think it was those two). They killed me together and I thought I did enough damage to bring them down, therefore I asked. I said it in global though so few seconds later, I said "not you", something that didn't appear in the screenshot in my complaint. Bmanvman, the moderator who banned me, didn't understand as he didn't see the full context, and refused to look at his logs when I asked him via discord ( or he just didn't tell me). Someone told me logs aren't evidence that's why I'm not posting mine. I just think that asking me in pm to explain what I said without instantly banning me would be a better solution to avoid that misconception.

    @tanapeti

    The fact that you insist on having these comments clarified is the problem - Anyone knows that unclear comments can lead people to taking things wrong way, and this is a perfect example of what can go wrong with that; How do you suppose your comments encouraging suicide might affect the wrong person at the wrong time, particularly when it comes to pushing them over the edge with your remarks?

    Really, comments like that, telling someone to commit suicide, aren't acceptable under any circumstances, especially when they have to be clarified. I'm fine with unbanning you, but until you admit you're in the wrong and stop trying to justify this behavior, that won't happen - And as such, this appeal is denied.

    Locked.
