It means to abuse the power of words and con people into giving you some sort of gain while making them believe they'll get something in return when they truly will not.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: I believe that my ban on be-half of destroyer was appropriate as I did have a fair amount of time to pay the user back but I truly did not attempt to scam Guilded. It was EARLY EARLY in the morning, roughly 2am when we made this transaction and I needed my debit card from my girlfriend who got home at 8am from work. I attempted to log onto the forums at 8 to get it done quickly for him before I myself went to work at 9 and I was already banned for scamming the said user. I didn't really have the intentions that you think I did. I apologize truly for any inconveniences I caused and I do plan on paying these users back the full amount.

Alright @StingyPvP , I'm going to have to deny this appeal for several reasons. 1. You state that you didn't attempt to scam Gilded, but you still made the deal while you didn't have your credit card and didn't attempt to give the money back when you realized you didn't have it. It is your responsibility to hold your end of the deal, and you didn't. 2. This entire appeal you spend your time defending yourself and your decision. I see almost no remorse for your actions concerning the debt with Destroyer, and overall you don't seem to understand what you've done wrong. Despite your intentions, your actions did indeed impact other people on the server. Please reappeal when you understand this. Locked - Denied
