Reason of Ban:

I took out a loan from another player and I did not pay it back in the time specified therefore I am guilty of loan scamming.​

Loan Scamming -Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule prohibits any scamming, in my case, I did not pay the player the amount that I borrowed in the time specified. I should not have taken out the loan if I was not going to adhere to the agreement. It is not fair to the other players and I am sorry that I did not hold up my end of the agreement.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel terrible about not paying back the loan and I will not violate any of the rules specified going forward. Please allow me back on the server and provide me another chance. Please​
