Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Don't scam users of the money they have rightfully acquired.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I understand the reasoning as tho why I was banned and I really can't come up with an excuse for my actions. The loan was initiated back in May of 2016, and was intended for a sportsbook bet. I lost and struggled to pay the money back the following days. I also had plenty of time to repay the money after I got banned the first time, even if I voted every single day I would be able to pay back the money, but after I got unbanned about half a year ago I never really played(maybe two hours a week) and gave video games a break. I'm back now and would like to start playing minecraft yet again. But in order to do this I will need to play @matrix_rep the 250k I owe him. May I add, I also don't have a penny to my name, so if you could keep that in mind if we could make a payment plan that would be great. I'd like to make weekly payments if possible, that way in.. say, 2 days if I don't make the weekly payment matrix can report it accordingly. That is if I get unbanned. Thank you.​

 

Sg mainly. A couple of my friends recently joined so I'll be playing with them. With voting being 2.4k I could do 20k a day probably. So 140k-150k a week. I'd like 2-3 weeks preferably though.
