Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

In a nut shell, scamming to is when you don't hold up your end of a deal\transaction\ect. but the other person involved in said deal holds up their end.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

It's been around 4, 5 months since my ban, not entirely sure. With the passing of my grandfather I had lost most if not all motivation to play ecc, this affected my current loans (Alpert and Matrix) I took Alperts loan with good intentions and took matrix's loan with betting intentions. Overall it was a pretty bad situation. With this gap of time to think I've decided to appeal this holiday vacation and I would like to pay these loans back and continue to play ecc again if given the opportunity. I'm not sure how I will make the money, more than likely I'll mine or farm whatever. I'm not sure if sg is still a thing really. And to prevent this from happening again I'll just be more aware of my loans and keep in mind realistic capabilities when it comes to making the money to pay them off.

I'm expecting a massive amount of trolling here so... Shoot for the stars guys, I can't stop you really.

 

I got nothing worth value except my first and only town to which I live in and will only ever live in. And id prefer not to sell it, even if I did it's only worth like 30k. It's just flat with empty plot squares. I haven't played minecraft in a while and work a lot now due to the holidays. So, idk.
