Rule Violated: Clause 1.2 - Advertising Advertising is strictly prohibited in our chat system for any kind of external product, Minecraft server, or anything else non-EcoCityCraft related. External products may be mentioned, so long as they are not being advertised. Other Minecraft servers may not be mentioned under any circumstance. Any advertisement that is allowed on the server in any form (including, but not limited to, in-game related items/trades, store advertisements, or personal livestreams that are completely and only EcoCityCraft related) must go into our Trade Channel, and must always abide by our trade channel rules for length and repetition. Reason you feel you should be unbanned: What I did Saturday night and Sunday morning was completely unacceptable. Firstly, I posted that appalling thread, which I do believe is the truth but shouldn't of been posted. Then, I disrespected staff and repeatedly pm'ed Taylorbros with disrespectful comments. Then on Sunday morning, I advertised a known server IP which led to my ban. I typed that IP intentionally because I wanted to be banned. But now, after calming down, I've realised I have friends on ECC and shouldn't of left in a tantrum because someone harassed me. My actions have been complete baby and can assure you, it will never happen again. I realise I said 'I quit' and I still am but I would like to be able to log on now and again to say hi to some friends. Once again, I am truly sorry for advertising the server IP and disrespecting staff members. Thank you for reading
@Slayer_Boy_2000, I am glad that you have decided to appeal. I was able to see a part of your actions on the weekend. Multiple people recommended to you not to get banned, but you decided to do so anyway. To be honest, I am disappointed. After being a member of ECC for almost a year, you should know from your own observations that getting banned is never a good solution. I understand that you were upset at that time, but if this is the case it is necessary to know when to simply disconnect and to not continue with what you did. Instead of choosing the best option, you decided to cause chaos in global, you flamed and insulted staff and ultimately got banned for purposeful advertising, something that is ultimately harmful to the server. I understand your motives to be unbanned although it would have been best if you could have avoided this ban at all. To sum up this appeal, you will be unbanned with a temporary ban. Combining your flaming and disrespecting of staff combined with purposeful advertising, you will be given a tempban of 24 hours. Please ensure this does not happen again, I would also ask you to re-read the rules, especially section 1.2 and section 2.2 & 2.3.
